6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be canceled only if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the delivery time.
• For perishable items (cakes, flowers), refunds are not applicable once the order is dispatched.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Custom Messages & Designs

• You may provide custom text for cakes or gift hampers while placing the order.
• We try our best to follow design instructions, but exact replication is not guaranteed.

8. Pricing

• Prices on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
