1. If I need same day delivery of cake, by when can I expect it after placing an order?
If you wish to get a cake delivered at a specific time, we suggest placing an order minimum three hours prior, especially for delivery in Noida, Delhi and Gurgaon. If you place an order after 8 PM, it is delivered the next day.
2. How early in the morning can I get a cake delivered?
Our free deliveries begin at 10 AM. In case, you want it delivered before 10 in the morning, an extra delivery charge of Rs 200/- has to be paid.
3. If I place an order for a cake to be delivered at a specific time, do you ensure meeting the same?
Yes, we try our level best to meet your time requirements. There can be a deviation only in case of factors that are beyond our control.
4. Do you offer midnight cake delivery?
Yes, YummyCake offers midnight cake delivery services to Delhi, Faridabad, Noida and Gurgaon upon prior intimation. You can avail these services at an extra charge of 200/- besides the cost of the cake. For deliveries up to 10 PM, we offer free delivery services.
5. Are your services available on holidays or Sundays?
Yes, we work all Sundays and holidays. We may not be available to serve you on extremely bad weather days or due to uncontrollable factors.
6. Do you deliver eggless cakes?
Yes, we do deliver eggless cakes only.
7. Do you deliver anything else besides cakes and are there any combos available?

8. Can I share a message along with the cake?
Yes, you can. When placing an order with us and sharing details of the receiver, you can also type a message in the message box which will be delivered to the recipient along with the cake.

Yes, you can cancel the order, but for refunds, you need to send us a mail 24 hours before the delivery of cake at firstname.lastname@example.org
14. Will you refund money if you fail to deliver the ordered cake on time?
YummyCake takes pride in offering professional services, and we take on-time delivery pretty seriously. If delivery doesn’t take place on the requested date, it is only because of some unprecedented situations which are not in our control. YummyCake will not only refund your money but will also ensure a complimentary delivery of cake.
15. What if I am not happy with the order?
If you are not happy about the quality or quantity of cake or if your cake got damaged during transit, please drop us an email within 24 hours of delivery along with a photograph of the cake. Our support team will revert within 24 hours and resolve the issue.
16. What if there is no one to accept the delivery of the cake at the address shared with you?
If the recipient is not available at the address shared by you, we will give you a call and deliver the cake as per your instructions. Since the cakes quickly get spoiled and are customized as per your instructions, it will be considered as delivered if there is no one to accept the delivery.
17. Will the cake being delivered to the recipient would be precisely similar in looks as seen in cake image on your product page?
We strive hard to deliver cake precisely as what you have chosen on our product page, but there can be minor differences in terms of icing or design on the cake. Each cake is a skilled recreation, and there can be minor differences between the image and the cake that has been delivered. Apart from that, we assure you to deliver high quality and delicious cake in the quantity you desire.
18. Can I add one more item to my cart on the same date after I have made payment?
No, it is not possible to do so. In case, you wish to place a second order with us; you can again add the chosen product to your cart to be delivered to the same address and on the same date.
